Tasty (SIMPLE) Treat Thursday: Soda Cake

This one is about as easy as it gets, another 2 ingredient goodie!

I got this recipe from Jen, I believe, several years ago. This cake comes out super moist and totally tasty, seriously defying logic.

So if you are strapped for time but need something sweet, throw these ingredients together!

Tasty Treat Thursday

Soda Cake

• 1 box chocolate cake mix
• 1 can of diet cola

1) Mix the 2 together (disregard ANY of the other ingredients on the back of the cake mix box - just combine the cake mix and soda).

2) Pour into cake pan (9x13-inch or 2 8-inch or even muffin tins) and bake at temp and time suggested on the back of the Cake Mix box.

3) Frost, if desired!

...Yep, that's it! Enjoy!

Variations:

Instead of chocolate cake mix, get a box of white/vanilla cake mix, and use 1 can of cream soda.
