Simple Supper Mondays - Volume 14: Chili Parmesan Chicken

OK folks, it doesn't get any easier than this...

3 ingredients!

I found this recipe a few years ago from the Kraft website. And while it only has 3 ingredients, it's still surprisingly GOOD.

This is a great recipe for those nights where you are in a rush and have NO TIME TO THINK ABOUT A RECIPE. You'll most likely have these ingredients on hand, which makes things easier. Or, if you do not, pick them up (in case of a dinner emergency) next time you grocery shop.

Simple Supper Mondays

  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves ( 1-1/2 lbs.)

MIX cheese and chili powder in pie plate. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat all sides.

PLACE chicken in a shallow baking dish.

BAKE at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
