I posted this recipe 2 years ago, and reposted it last year, since it is the perfect treat for St. Patrick's Day. This year, I repost once again!
These Luck O' The Irish Treats are super tasty and fun. Created by my friend, Rachel, for a St. Pat's party a few years back, they have been a staple March treat in my house every year since.
Disclosure: I am not Irish. And that's ok.
Regardless, I like these funny little tasty vittles. And now that Little Chica is old enough, she can help me make them. And eat them.
Enjoy making these simple treats with YOUR little ones! Or...just for yourself. There is no judgement here.

Have a great St. Patrick's Day tomorrow - however you plan on celebrating (my celebration involves a Shamrock Shake, in case you are wondering...)
