I made it for dinner tonight and Sonny was in Heaven!
I did it exactly like you said and even made the Lipton's Fiesta rice (by the way, all the Lipton Rice packages are 10 for $10 at Acme this week...stock up!). I added a tomato side dish that worked perfectly with it...in fact, I loved the whole meal so much I'm going to do a blog post on it...I'll post the tomato recipe in it and I'll link back here to give you credit for the chicken...

Thank you so much for sharing the recipe!!Alisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14089048004740975222noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5838625907377357191.post-33919745401537368872009-03-31T14:06:00.000-04:002009-03-31T14:06:00.000-04:00Steph, I want to make this recipe tonight and was ...Steph, I want to make this recipe tonight and was just going over the ingredients....do I use regular yellow mustard or another kind of mustard?Alisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14089048004740975222noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5838625907377357191.post-32415855537310576122009-02-24T14:44:00.000-05:002009-02-24T14:44:00.000-05:00Ok, I know what's for dinner at my house tonig...Ok, I know what's for dinner at my house tonight, thanks! I had already thawed chicken & couldn't decide how to cook it - this one's too easy to pass up.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5838625907377357191.post-20053719463013917872009-02-23T17:06:00.000-05:002009-02-23T17:06:00.000-05:00Do you have a George Foreman Grill? Dave does not...Do you have a George Foreman Grill? Dave does not eat dairy or eggs or even tomato's. So we don't eat meals with sauces. I normally don't think about what's for dinner until about 4:00. That's when I get out some meat, (frozen with three or four to a bag) and thaw it in some water. I steam some fresh veggies or micro wave a frozen bag of veggies. Then I either sap potatoes in the microwave or I put together one of those lipton type rice dishes or maybe even steam some brown rice if I think ahead. So, I season the meat and cook it in the Foreman grill. It's great because it cooks on both sides at the same time and keeps meat really tender. While I cook the meat I steam the veggies and make a side starch. It never takes me more than 30 min. or so from beginning to end and normally more like 15 min. It's healthy and simple. Austin is so used to eating like this that he can't eat things with cream sauces. If you like Salmon, it's great in the Foreman grill, although it stinks up the kitchen. If you like Shrimp, you can put it on a skewer and season. Takes like three minutes to cook. If you like fish, (I'm thinking you don't but Bill does) you can make a really good homemade tarter sauce with mayo and relish. Blend and refrigerate ahead of time. It's so good.Brendahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05424577855850278148noreply@blogger.com
