Eat Healthier (not change my diet completely, but make a few adjustments)<br /><br />*3. Creating my own recipes<br /><br />*4. Good luck with all your goals for the year. I ran my first 5K last March and if they have that race again this year I'm going to run. Maybe you can come out and run with me.
